A Certified Protection Professional, Mr. Richardson’s career includes more than 25 years of security experience involving multiple methodologies of risk assessments. Well-versed in threat assessment methodology development and maintenance, he regularly monitors global threat assessment information and trends. His participation in hundreds of security consultant assignments have ranged from security assessments and emergency response plan review and development to instructional programs and corporate audit, investigation and security services.

Mr. Richardson offers in-depth expertise regarding many security regulatory and voluntary compliance requirements, including Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS), Marine Transportation Security Act (MTSA) of 2002, Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), Bio-Terrorism Act of 2002, and more. Regular training and a commitment to the security industry’s best practices enable Mr. Richardson to leverage his expertise for the benefit of all BPS clients.
