BPS can establish a confidential reporting service on a local or national level with a central point for documentation, quality control and analysis. Management can be made aware of situations that may affect operations without jeopardizing the anonymity of the employee.

Security incident reporting programs
BPS can develop a web based security incident reporting program as a critical element of a risk management program. Reported incidents represent tangible evidence of threats that could effect the security of your personnel, assets and information. Incidents reported are critical in the development of the risk analysis process.

Analysis of reported incidents for trending and analysis
BPS provides regular reports based upon incidents. Analysis from lessons learned may suggest a required change in your security program. "Problem" locations by frequency, location and dollar loss are identified by the reported data.

Documentation development
BPS will develop incident reporting policy and procedures, incident reporting forms (paper/electronic), incident definitions and database development (web or local) for ease of reporting.

Security awareness training
BPS can provide training for all personnel regarding the need to report incidents, demonstrating how reporting incidents improves workplace security. For an incident-reporting program to be effective, employees must be encouraged to participate.
